Paramount in the philosophy of Bodegas San Alejandro in winemaking is keeping intervention to a minimum, with no filtrations or clarifications. This is all in keeping with the fundamental maxim of the winery: quality is born in the vineyard. Our prime objective is that the wine transmits all the character of the grapes it comes from. The purpose of the winery’s efforts is to collect the labour carried out in the vineyards and extol all the virtues of the fruit with the most advanced oenological techniques.
