Established in 1989, Antonio Sanz fulfilled his dream of making his own wines in the south of Navarra, after his entire life dedicated to the world of wine. Since 2007, Viña Zorzal is a now run by the next generation, Iñaki Sanz, Xabier Sanz & Mikel Sanz along with their friend Rafael Regadera . They focus on recuperating old vineyards and focusing on high altitude, bush-vine fruit. The aim was to produce authentic, terroir driven Graciano and Grenache, the results are highly acclaimed.
